| Customer Reviews: Disappointed!!!! July 27, 2010 Chrishelle (Trinidad, W.I.)
I am so pissed off!!! I bought this game on the 7th July, 2010, for my three nephews. Upon receiving the game, they played it almost immediately....But to their disappointment and mines, the game does not work as it should. The background where the crowd should be is black, the players freeze on the field, can't choose sound etc.
We cleaned the disc, assuming it had fingerprints or something...tried it again, this time nothing happens, absolutely nothing! Hopefully I'll get it exchanged.
Best soccer game July 19, 2010 Mont Marissa (Guatemala) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the best soccer game I've ever played. It is very realistic and offers a lot of possibilities. The previous soccer game I played was Fifa 09 in the Wii, then switched to Fifa 10 in ps3. I must say it was a gigantic change, but it was for good in the end. When I started playing it I felt like I was trapped and was never going to master the game, it was just too hard for me. But if you really try and take time to master the game you will feel how it's just awesome in almost every aspect. It offers hours and hours of fun, even more when playing with friends. I've passed a lot of time playing it and hasn't gotten old.
Graphically it is very well polished. I must say that it can look better when you have a closer look of the players, ball, field, etc, than when you have a wide view. Some things might be too colorful in my opinion, but they still look good.
I think the best thing the game has is the playability. Being able to make tricks, various shots & passes gives the game a lot of depth. Something I like is that there is nothing scripted, like certain movement you do will always work. You can always be stopped or miss, it's not like the old soccer games where you could have certain formulas for scoring or getting the ball.
The things I don't like is that sometimes the responsiveness when making a second player run is not too fast. Also the 1 on 1 online multiplayer is very difficult to connect with other player, even when trying to play with friends. That's not the case of the team multiplayer though, that is very easy to access. Also sometimes the passes don't go where you want 'em, but you get the aim of it with practice, though it still happens even when you have experience but not very often.
Overall an excellent game. So if you want a realistic soccer game this must be it.
best fifa please read my review July 16, 2010 James D. Mckenzie (columbia ms) ive been playing fifa since fifa 06 and this game gets better and better every year the goalies are better the shakes are more modified to fit the real action you use on the right joy stick and the shooting is more in touch...the manager mode is great i read one review where some noob was talking about points instead of currency..i have no idea what hes talking about you have pounds euros and the allmighty dollar..and another adidtion to manager mode is that you get a set salary cap that you can pay your players from instead of the money coming out of your salary which is sweet so instead of selling players so you can benefit from left over money you now can just get your whole salary and not have to worry about tevez getting paid 110,000 for a game..also what is so realistic about the manager mode is the exp points you cant custmize the point to the stats you want like in 09 for example...quick sim quicksim quicksim until you have enough experience points to boost rauls accel and sprint speed over 90..sorry kids but the players experience and stats all depend on how you play...so ronaldo aint scoring(or you cant score with ronaldo wich means you mite as well pick up ball with a string and a cup) guess what his form is gna decline and the only way you will bring him back is by passing scoring and playing good..and with that in mind it gives you more of a realism when making your starting line up...so now you have to use your subs just like in real life and if your sub plays good he might jump from 75 to 79 in one game..i could talk forever about how great this game is..its the only game i play its far better than any basketball and baseball game..yea thats right heres my decision on basketball games...look i get it you do 360s dribbles and tricks and sum reason ive done had so many chances to steal the ball i mean you litteraly can run strait into sumbody while dribbling and sumhow they still cant steal the ball..and baseball well the realism in baseball games is that its slowly declining in excitement just like real baseball....GET FIFA already what are you waiting for...o yeah PES sucks and if you dont know what PES stands for then good cause you havent dumbed yourself down to giving it a play..btw it stands for Pro Evolution Soccer..konami makes it i think its really bad..
My favorite Wii game!!! July 16, 2010 I love FIFA 2010 for the wii! In the game you can win trophies(not REAL trophies),
train your own team(Bayern Munic,Chealse,Madrid, etc.) and build your way to fame!!!
Fifa 10 July 5, 2010 Milkcow It's quite awesome. It' allows your to do all kinds of skills! and the be a pro version is just pure awesome. but the manager mode isn't as good as PES2010 though but it's getting better :)
