| Customer Reviews: great beat for dance July 27, 2010 Kyla M. Weigel It is wonderful when I am not giggling cause I get off center of the mat. Really works you out of breath.
sub par game, par mat June 27, 2010 Brad Roclevitch (converse, Texas United States) The set list for DDR X isn't anything special, consisting of some of the worst remixed Jpop, Anime, and some random 80s songs (WHY?!). I would suggest getting DDR extreme as well (you can easily find it used for CHEAP) since in my opinion it has the best set list of all DDRs. However, because this game is so cheap it's definitely worth getting since you get the pad AND a sprinkling of 6-7 good songs on DDR X.
It's getting cooler as each edition comes out May 4, 2010 C. Mccullah I used to play DDR in high school when it first came out, and haven't played it since. I am now 22 and picked it up again, and would like to say that it's coolness factor has gone up a bit. There's some better selections of songs in here, with artists like DJ Irene and a little bit of hardstyle sounding songs. Some of the characters look more realistic too, which is a plus. On the downside, there are still quite a few wierd characters dancing, and a couple "anime-ish" songs in here. Also, some of the backgrounds are kind of wierd, like a candyland one? There was a pretty cool one I came across though, like a visualiser. There's also some neat music videos in here. So although I would say there are some parts of it that could use some work, it seems to be getting cooler. The dancepad it comes with is pretty good, a lot better than the older version I used to have.
why not WII? April 2, 2010 LadyDragon (Alaska) 0 out of 7 found this review helpful

Fun Game January 26, 2010 JasonPh. This game is lots of fun that the whole family can enjoy, and you build quite a sweat doing it as well so its also a good workout.
